1. Intellectual Property

All technologies, including but not limited to the CrePay offline blockchain architecture, OST-X visual encoding, and Austek design language, are the exclusive property of HHKED PRIVATE LIMITED. Reverse engineering of our hardware or software is strictly prohibited.

2. User Conduct

Users must not attempt to breach our secure firewalls or inject malicious code into the HHKED ecosystem. Any attempt to disrupt our operations will result in permanent blacklisting and legal action under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

3. Investment & Capital

Inquiries regarding "Capital Injection" via our portal do not constitute a binding financial agreement. All investment procedures are subject to rigorous KYC, AML checks, and final legal documentation signed in the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh, India.

4. Limitation of Liability

HHKED provides visionary technology "as-is." While we aim to bend reality, we are not liable for any temporal disruptions, data loss due to user negligence, or hardware malfunctions outside our specified warranty periods.

5. Jurisdictional Authority

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
